What the service does

viralbyai lets you generate short vertical videos through AI models. Generation costs credits.

Videos are produced by third-party models (Google Veo, Kling, MiniMax, Lightricks and others). Output quality and content depend on those models.

Account

A valid email address is required. You are responsible for your account's security and for activity carried out through it.

Creating multiple accounts to repeat the welcome credit is not allowed.

Credits

Credits are added to your account after purchase and never expire.

Each generation deducts the credit cost of the model you picked. If a generation fails for technical reasons, the credits are refunded automatically.

Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

Content rules

Prompts that impersonate real people without consent, imitate news footage misleadingly, or produce hate speech, violence or sexual content are prohibited.

Using copyrighted characters, brands or people without permission is your responsibility.

Violations may lead to suspension; unused credits are refunded in that case.

Rights to generated content

You may use the videos you generate commercially, subject to the terms of the model provider you used.

viralbyai does not use your videos for promotion without asking you first.

Interruptions

Provider outages, maintenance or model changes may pause the service. Credits spent on generations that never completed are refunded.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated. Significant changes are emailed to the address on your account.
