Parties
Seller: viralbyai · Contact: hello@viralbyai.com
Buyer: the user purchasing credits.
Subject
The purchase of digital credits used for video generation on the platform.
Package sizes and prices are shown on the purchase page, taxes included.
Delivery
The product is digital. Credits are added to your account automatically the moment payment is approved; there is no physical delivery.
If payment succeeds but credits do not arrive within minutes, contact us and we will add them manually.
Payment
Payments are taken by card through iyzico. Card details are not sent to or stored by the seller.
Right of withdrawal
For intangible goods delivered instantly in electronic form, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.
Even so, our refund terms for entirely unused credit packages are described on the Cancellation and Refunds page.
Disputes
Turkish consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction.
